Soley Soley OST Return of The Kak Limah Ghost

Soley Soley one of the sound track in Return Of The Kak Limah Ghost (RKLG) movie directed by Mamat Khalid. The film is increasingly popular as a comedy feature that shows the variations in the film industry in Malaysia.

However, none of the digital-aged Malaysian who knew the origin of the song. Maybe teenage time for Mamat Khalid and most actors in this film is in the 1970's, so the song is a choice to be made as one of sound track.

The original singer of this song is Middle Of The Road through their album Acceleration (1971) and the 70's Super Hits (2008).

EPF (KWSP) Retirees/Free Medical Facilities - What do they need to do?

Yesterday (22 March 2011) The Prime Minister, Dato' Sri Mohd. Najib, announced -

"Civil servants who retire under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme, and their dependants, are now eligible for the free medical facilities at government hospitals. "

"Civil servants on the EPF scheme, who are on a mandatory retirement or those who retire under Section 6A (6) of Act 227/239 are eligible for the facilities."

"These covered those who are on a mandatory retirement from the federal or state civil service or from the local government."

Consequently, the PSD has been providing SMS service to facilitate the registration process specifically for government pensioners under the EPF scheme. For further information please click the url below:

Abandoned Houses in Malaysia (Pic Collection)

Abandon house located at rural areas, Dungun Trengganu.

Is the abandoned houses as in this picture is symbolic of a higher level of education in Malaysia? Children who have graduated more reluctant to settle in their hometown?

This picture was taken during my younger brother's wedding ceremony at Dungun, Trengganu.

Located at Tambun, Perak.

Well this house does not look like located in rural areas. I believed it was built in 1960's  and the design looks such as a rubber plantation owner.

Hmmm this house looks like in the days of colonial located at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Ipoh, Perak. Behind Restoran Nasi Kandar AK, one of a popular restaurant with beriyani rice in Ipoh.
